Cashmaster One FAQs
Put simply, a money counter is a device that is often used in cash-handling businesses (so pretty much most!). Although various options on the market all perform differently, the core aim of a money counter is to count money accurately, reliably, and quickly. Some are better than others, however. Our devices place significant importance on intelligent software, integration capabilities and device longevity.
Businesses, particularly those with multiple locations and a large number of employees, tend to opt for money counters as opposed to manual cash-counting methods. They do so because manual cash counting can result in errors, a large amount of time spent away from customers and internal loss issues such as staff theft. With a Cashmaster money counter, businesses can be confident in our devices’ abilities to not only reduce, but almost completely remove these issues from the daily operations of their businesses.
Yes - absolutely! Cashmaster money counters count both bills and coins. They do so using ‘count-by-weight’ technology, whereby our devices which are configured by our specialist engineers are fine-tuned to detect the weight of each denomination, and also recognize the slightest difference in between each banknote and coin. The outcome? Industry-leading accuracy across your register counts!
Count-by-weight technology is the technology used by our devices to detect the weight of each bill and coin denomination across different currencies. Simply put, our Cahsmaster One range recognize the weight of each singular bill and coin so you can be confident in our devices’ ability to instantly recognize total value and quantity of each. New currencies and bank notes are released frequently of course, which is where our highly skilled product engineers and technical team comes in!

Easy! Our Cashmaster solutions prevent internal theft by ensuring that there is a clear employee record assigned to each individual register count. What does that mean? It means that you will be able to see who was responsible for each register count, at what time, what their total was, and whether or not that coincides with what was reported on the POS system.
We believe that our very best solution available is the Cashmaster One Max. With its enhanced integration capabilities and large ‘true touch’ screen, the One Max is the ideal choice for businesses looking to futureproof their business with industry-leading features and specifications.
